如何用英文片語說明傷心的心情~~ 實用~

感到難過的時候，或是感到懊悔時

可以用甚麼英語片語來說明心情? 

提供幾個給大家參考    

1. What's meant to be will be 註定怎樣就會是這樣(有點被動接受事實的感覺...)

2. Turn back the hands of time 倒轉時間  在此hands指的是長短針

I wish I could turn back the hands of time

3. I feel down in the dumps  片語down in the dumps 指的是非常的sad...

4. I feel dejected /disheartened / discouraged 這三個字都指失意喪志的形容 

5. miss the window of opportunity 錯失機會:在這裡window不是窗戶，是形容短暫一段的甚麼...I wish I could have said something to her , but I didn't....I missed my window of opportunity 

相同的意思片語還有 miss the boat （因行動慢而錯過機會，錯失良機）

6. Hit the rock bottom 跌到谷底  

I felt like I really hit the rock bottom when she dumped me .
